These are the most frequent questions for orders going out of the shop. Please read them before contacting me with inquiries.

When will my order be shipped?

Items from each week go out no later than the following friday. Orders placed on the week ends are shipped in the coming week. My wife handles all shipping with surgical precision. Don't worry we´ve got you covered!

During holidays, items might go out slower, but in that case we will let you know in advance. If you are bying an item for a gift and you have a tight deadline, please drop me a line to see if we can speed things up.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Svendborg, Denmark to pretty much everywhere in the world. Please see rates below to know what you can expect.
 

What types of payment do you accept?

Payments are handled with Stripe which accepts most credit cards including : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover etc.

Alternative payment methods include Apple Pay and Paypal.

Danish customers wishing to pay with Mobile Pay, can contact me for a manual order.

What do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat flat for every shipment. We use danish carrier services that cooperate with a long list of local companies, to ensure that your order gets to you smoothly. Rates as follow:

Denmark:
Dao - (With Tracking): 39kr / 6€ 

Germany, Sweden:
Coolrunner - (With Tracking); 9€

Spain, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal: 
Coolrunner - (With Tracking): 11€

Finland, Luxemburg, France, Italy:
Coolrunner - (With Tracking): 12€

Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania:
Coolrunner - (With Tracking): 16€

Rest Of The World:
*Post Nord priority mail (No tracking) 18€
** International Carrier (With Tracking) 33€

* Priority mail is a slightly faster standard delivery with no tracking number. The client will sign the parcel upon delivery to confirm that the shipment is received. I always recommend shipping with tracking, however this option makes it more affordable to ship overseas.

** Depending on the Country we may use UPS, FedEx or other international carrier companies. Shipments are ensured and sent with tracking so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Can i pick up my order at your to save shipping?

That can be arranged. But by previous appointment only. Please email me in advance so i can reserve the items you need and schedule your pickup.

Do you charge any taxes?

All prices include tax and VAT. Ordes shipped outside of the European Union may be issued with customs fees. Local import duties vary by country and region. These expenses are handled at your own expense. 

My order was damaged during shipping. How do i proceed?

That sucks. Please send me an email with photo documentation of the damage and i will exchange your item or make sure you get a refund.

Can i return my purchase?

All items may be returned within 14 calendar days after reciept (return shipping costs at customers own expense) to this address:

NOTE: All returns must be issued with a track and trace number which you must send to jakob@plastickid.dk upon shipping.

Refund for the goods will be issued as soon as the the items are received, unused and in the same condition as shipped. 

Can i find your store items at any physical stores?

At the moment, no. I do, however, pay a visit to design fares to sell my artworks sometimes. Please keep an eye on my social media channels for updates on this.

Do you sell wholesale?

i mostly do small stocks that sell out fast, but please contact me and i will see what i can do.

Are sold out items restocked?

Most items are hand printed pieces. Once they are produced the frames are reworked for other products, which means that they are gone for good. Overly popular pieces may be reprinted, so please let me know what you are after.

What are your store operating hours?

8AM PST - 3:30PM CET Monday - Friday. Orders will be handled according to shipment policy within this time. 

I run a design studio on the side, so i juggle shipments in between projects.

Any longer absence that may affect shipping will be flagged in the online store upon order.
